Paid to the hood
$HOODS paid to shielded holders
Robinhood Chain · First privacy token platform
The first privacy platform on the most public chain in crypto. Hood up, go private. $HOODS brings privacy to Robinhood — with the endgame of making every token, including tokenized stocks, private.

Robinhood is a glass house. Every buy, every bag, every dumb screenshot, all in plain view. HOODS is the crew that walks in with the hood up. You still trade. You still meme. But nobody on the street can see who's inside.
Here, the bag and the hood are the same thing. Every rational holder ends up in the hood, that's how an anonymity set grows. Not by asking. By getting paid.

The flywheel
Everything in $HOODS points the same way. Trading pays the people who go private, going private is the only way to get paid, and every turn leaves a deeper market and a bigger crowd to hide in.
Where a $1,000 trade's $20 goes
$15 to the hood · $5 to the floor
Leaving the hood costs 2%, paid to the hoods who stay. For the first hour the pool fee opens at 99% and falls to 1%, on top of the 1% $HOODS tax, so early snipes feed the pool instead of the chart. After that it's 2% total.

Hood up
Buy $HOODS on Uniswap (opens in a new tab). Buys are public, and that's fine: everyone starts on the street.
Send it to your private deposit address and it shields on its own. Your device builds the proof and the gas is paid for you.
Your shielded bag grows with every trade, with nothing to claim. Send to another hood privately, or leave any time: exits are public and pay 2% to the hoods who stay.
The fees
Every trade in the hooded pool pays 2%: a 1% $HOODS tax for the people you can't see, and a 1% pool fee that deepens the pool and buys $HOODS back. Nothing is burned, and nothing goes to a team.
Trading opens with a 99% pool fee that halves every 15 minutes (about 50%, 25%, then 13%) and settles at 1% after an hour. Add the 1% tax and every trade after that pays 2%. The fee comes off what you put in, so the chart barely moves and there's nothing to front-run. It only goes down, and no key can restart it.
| Minute | Pool fee |
|---|---|
| 0 | 99% |
| 15 | 50% |
| 30 | 25.5% |
| 45 | 13.25% |
| 60 | 1% |
Holders are paid every ten minutes, not in one lump, so nobody can jump in before a whale trade and out with the rewards. A sniper pays 2% in and 2% out for a few minutes' share.
A burn lifts every holder the same, including those who never hood up. Paying shielded holders instead concentrates the reward on the people carrying the anonymity set: worth 5× at 20% hooded, 20× at 5%. Supply can never go above 1 billion.

The Protocol
The private pool is built on Senddy (opens in a new tab). Your keys are made on your device and never leave it, and so are the zero-knowledge proofs that move your $HOODS. Only your keys can move your bag.
Inside the pool, a send hides the sender, the receiver and the amount, and your $HOODS moves alongside the USDG in the same pool. What stays public is the edge: deposits in and withdrawals out.
The rules can't be bent. The hook has no owner and no upgrade path, so nobody, not even us, can change the swap fees or pull the launch liquidity.
Tokenomics
1 billion $HOODS. 92.5% into the pool at launch, 7.5% streamed to the hood over 60 days, nothing for a team and nothing for a treasury.
The token stays clean and the clever stuff runs under the hood. The fee sits in the hook, not the token, so routers don't choke. Trading opens, fee's live.
